This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop training at Ripon College Cuddesdon’s centres in Gloucester and Hereford dioceses (the pathway historically known as WEMTC), and to teach across the curriculum in areas in which the appointed director is suitably qualified.
- Have a love for the Church and its mission, a robust personal spirituality and a commitment to life in a vibrant, fast-changing community that is both gathered and dispersed over a number of centres.
- Be a communicant member (lay or ordained) of the Church of England or a Church in communion with it, with knowledge and awareness of the missional challenges facing the Church and enthusiasm for teaching in the context of ministerial formation.
- Be fully committed to the training of men and women for lay and ordained ministry, and to the comprehensive, generous, non-party ethos of the College.
In return, we offer salary according to the Lichfield Scale plus a housing allowance at the Gloucester diocesan rate.
