PIONEER MINISTER, West Cheltenham

Published: September 7, 2018

An exciting opportunity to work as part of a new team in one of the most diverse parts of Cheltenham, including a significant Urban Priority Area.

We are a large united parish with three ‘open evangelical’ worship centres seeking to share the love of Christ in all we do. We are looking for someone to join our recently formed clergy team (following a pastoral reorganisation) who will take a lead role in helping us to reach out in mission and evangelism to the whole of the parish. If you are a passionate community enabler with a heart for contextualising the gospel, someone who loves engaging with young people and families from all walks of life, open to new opportunities and a strong team player we would love to hear from you.

We welcome applications from ordained women (who are under-represented in the deanery) and men, whether trained via a pioneer route or a more traditional one.

For an informal discussion about the role contact the Rector, Rod Paterson on 07764 757672.
