Temporary Receptionist for the Diocese of Gloucester
Working Thursday and Friday each week (9am – 5pm with an hour for lunch)
Temporary contract from September to December 2018
FTE £18,892 per annum that will be pro rated to £7,557 per annum
We are looking for someone to provide some temporary support on the Reception Desk of main offices for the Diocese of Gloucester at Church House, College Green, Gloucester from September to December 2018 on Thursdays and Fridays each week.
The Receptionist is located near the entrance to Church House and usually the first person that visitors to Church House see, we are therefore looking for someone to provide a warm and friendly welcome to all of our visitors. In addition, the Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and as such needs to provide excellent customer service, directing their call and assisting with any queries they may have.
The Receptionist, with the direction of the Office Manager, will also assist with various administrative tasks for the Diocese and so it is essential that the Receptionist can demonstrate good administrative skills.
