As a diocese we need to ensure the most effective use of our resources for ministry, mission and evangelism. The Revd Canon Dana Delap, currently Team Vicar of Vale and Cotswold Edge Benefice, has been seconded by the Diocese of Gloucester to support the deaneries in developing their strategic planning. This part-time role will start in September 2019 and finish in June 2020.
Working together with each deanery, Dana will map, reflecting their particular concerns and from there form a strategic plan will be developed which will better support the planning of how its resources and potential, can intentionally and effectively further the mission of Christ’s church.
