We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy office team. Working alongside the Operations and Events Coordinator this role supports the behind the scenes running of The Door’s Services. With an emphasis on supporting the administration of mentoring relationships (young person and parent), volunteer recruitment and the day to day running of The Door’s offices no day is ever the same. Full training will be provided but any administration experience you can bring to the role will be a benefit.
A Level 3 Business Administration Qualification will be completed as part of the role in partnership with Stroud College:
GCSE or equivalent at Grades A*-C or 4-9 in maths and English are preferable however this employer will also consider applicants who are willing to develop these through additional training to include functional skills as part of the apprenticeship programme.
Having the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to your education as well as your employment are essential requirements to this role.
