COMMUNITY PIONEER MINISTER – West Cheltenham

Published: February 5, 2021

An exciting opportunity to work as part of an enthusiastic and collaborative team in one of the most diverse parts of Cheltenham. With an existing parish of 30,000 and significant development plans (including a nationally recognised ‘cyber park’ close to GCHQ) we are looking for someone who can help us rise to the challenge of furthering our vision of ‘people and places buzzing with the extraordinary presence of Jesus’.

If you are an innovative community enabler, passionate about bringing the good news of Jesus to life in ways non-Christians can understand, someone who loves engaging with young people and families from all walks of life and a strong team player, we would love to hear from you.

For an informal discussion about the role contact the Rector, Rod Paterson, on 07853 632675 or the Archdeacon of Cheltenham, Phil Andrew, on 07498 052045.

Closing date for applications: Monday 8 March 2021 at 12noon.

Interviews, assuming Covid guidelines allow, are expected to be held in Cheltenham on Wednesday 14 April 2021.

Completed applications should be sent to Debbie Long, PA to the Archdeacon of Cheltenham at
