Lay Ministry Officer and Warden of Readers
Full time, £36,937 – £43,221 per annum

With a passion for enabling the ministry of the whole people of God and excellent strategic leadership skills, the Lay Ministry Officer/Warden of Readers is tasked with renewing Reader Ministry and developing all licensed and other lay ministry pathways in the Diocese.

While open to lay and ordained candidates, given the nature of this post we are particularly keen to appoint a suitably qualified lay person.  Applications from within the UKME community who are currently under-represented in our Diocesan leadership would be especially welcome.

We also welcome interest from those with transferrable skills and significant experience of the Church of England, who may be new to this kind of role.
