Property Management Summer Internship
5 week temporary contract: 26 July to 27 August 2021
35 hrs a week
£275.10 to £321.30 per week, depending on age.

This is an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate (or equivalent) with an interest in business and property management to gain some fantastic hands on experience. Completing this internship will enable you to demonstrate to future employers a broad range of business and property management skills to make you stand out from the crowd.
The successful property management intern will be working closely with the Chief Operating Officer to help manage our portfolio of 60 historic listed properties which includes residential and commercial use. Work will include assisting with tasks relating to the start and end of leases, analysis of financial data and creating reports on the performance of the property portfolio.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with really good interpersonal and administrative skills, an ability to analyse data, along with a real interest in learning more about property management.
This is an amazing opportunity to develop your work experience, learn more about the business functions of a medium sized charity and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.
