Salary in the region of £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

The Arthur Rank Centre (ARC) is an ecumenical national charity, which for the past 50 years has resourced, trained and advocated for rural Christians, rural churches and the communities they serve. Our vision is of confident rural Christians, encouraged and equipped to engage in effective mission and ministry.

The ARC serves both the spiritual and practical needs of the rural community through hundreds of resources for rural churches, including a comprehensive range of worship resources together with ideas and inspiring rural stories in our magazine, Country Way. We also aim to support and develop rural Christians through training and our highly popular Rural Ministry Course has been running successfully for 40 years.

The Trustees of The Arthur Rank Centre (ARC) are seeking to appoint a full -time Chief Executive Officer who will take forward our overarching vision to develop, support and promote confident rural Christians. The role will be based at the Arthur Rank Centre offices at Holly Farm Business Park, Honiley, Warwickshire

We are seeking a talented, imaginative and empathetic individual who:

  • Has a commitment to an active Christian faith.
  • Understands the mission and role of the rural church and the needs of people living and working in the rural environment.
  • Clear leadership ability and experience preferably within the charitable sector and an understanding of what constitutes good charity governance.
  • Has a track record of working in partnership with other organisations to achieve shared aims

Closing date for applications is noon Monday 4th July.  Sift will take place on Wednesday 6th July.   Interviews will be held at the ARC offices in Warwickshire on Monday 25th July.
