Your church could be a centre for community recycling.
Cathy Jones from Mitcheldean Church said, “We now have collection boxes for batteries, stamps, pill blister packs and milk bottles in church, all going to various places to be recycled.”
If you’d like to find out more about becoming a public drop-off location for recycling particular items, look at Terracycle.com. Options include cheese packaging recycling programmes, crisp packet recycling and writing
instruments recycling programmes.
