Published: Thursday August 18, 2022

Are you the right person to help us re-imagine and re-shape our mission and ministry in this beautiful part of the world? Do you have the skills to help us transition from where we are to where we need to be as we seek to proclaim afresh the good news of the gospel in this generation, whilst exploring a more collaborative future with one of our neighbouring benefices?

Working closely with the Rector of the neighbouring Benefice of Minchinhampton with Box and Amberley and other leaders, both lay and ordained, you will have day to day pastoral responsibility for the parishes of Avening and Cherington as well as a key role in helping us explore and inhabit a more collective shape for ministry in the coming decades.

The post is initially offered on a 3 year fixed term basis under Common Tenure with the possibility of an extension.

For an informal discussion about the role contact the Archdeacon of Cheltenham, the Ven Phil Andrew on 07498 052045.
