For the first time, the 2023 Gloucestershire Safeguarding Adults Board (GSAB) Roadshows will be aimed at the public, rather than professionals. There will be two face-to-face events, one in Gloucester and the other in Cheltenham. For the remaining three days, they will be using the NHS Information Bus to travel around the county, to reach a wider audience.
Dates and venues are as follows:
- Monday 17 April – Tewkesbury Morrisons (NHS Information Bus)
- Tuesday 18 April – Friendship Café, Gloucester (10am to 1pm)
- Wednesday 19 April – Cirencester Market Place (NHS Information Bus)
- Thursday 20 April – Hesters Way Community Resource Centre, Cheltenham (10am to 1pm)
- Friday 21 April – Lydney Tesco (NHS Information Bus)
The events in Gloucester and Cheltenham will include information stands from a wide variety of agencies across Gloucestershire. The booking of information stands is currently underway, and it is hoped to include:
