The Bishop of Gloucester seeks to appoint an imaginative, collaborative priest, committed to reaching out with the good news of the gospel to all ages, to serve in this lively and missional benefice in South Warwickshire, close to Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Supported by an active and enthusiastic team of lay leaders and a Permanent Deacon, the parishes are looking for a Rector who will be an encouraging, enabling and energising presence, committed to the growth of the church as well as the support of current congregations, an able communicator who is happy to work with and across a variety of worship styles, and with a commitment to intergenerational ministry.
The Benefice is made up of traditional villages and new housing developments, is served by excellent schools, with good travel links to other parts of the country and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
