Ordained and Lay people in church leadership are being asked to change how they operate, at a high rate, all whilst under pressure from local organisations and vulnerable people. If we constantly hear a narrative of fear, that can rub off and have detrimental effects on us as well.
Good practice has not changed when it comes to looking after ourselves, taking time off and processing what we are going through. Fortunately, we are amongst a huge number of people who understand the difficulties involved, and are only a phonecall away.
