Christian Eco-Youth Forum
June 26, 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
This event is for young people who are keen to connect Christian faith with environmental concerns. In the introduction we will share some of our thoughts about how significant the climate and biodiversity crises are for Christians. However mostly this will be your time – we want this to be an opportunity for you to share your passion for nature/creation with one another. We also hope that the church as a whole can learn from young people on these concerns so we want to hear about what matters to you.
This event is key in our development of an ongoing eco-youth forum. We don’t want this to be just a one-off event, but the beginning of a network for young Christians concerned about the environment. Part of the discussion will be for us to begin to think about what it would be good to do together.
The event is open to you if you are aged 11-18 (school year 7-13). The event will take place on zoom.
If you can’t make a Saturday, this event is also running on Tuesday 22 June 6:30pm – 8pm – to book your place please use the link below.
Booking in advance only, to book your place please click here. The zoom link will be sent to you about 24 hours before.
We are also keen to hear from any young adults who would be interested in supporting the forum as it becomes more established from the Autumn onwards. Email Cate Williams on .
