This is a quiet day of mindfulness practices for those who are on a course or have done a mindfulness course before.
The day is largely in silence with very little verbal teaching or discussion – allowing us to fine tune our skills of noticing and being present in the moment.
Coffee and tea will be provided but please bring your own lunch.
Free for those on the Spring course commencing January 2023, £10 to those coming just for this day.

Trained by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Ian Bussell will be leading this day with Siobhan Smith to help you develop mindfulness in your everyday life.
