Getting Things Done (Leadership)

Administration needs to serve the mission of the church, not strangle it. If you feel ministry is getting bogged down in administration, or are stressed about the complexity of ‘stuff’ you have to handle, Ian Bussell will help you develop some simple systems to make administration run a little more smoothly. We will look at processing all the stuff (emails, phone calls, action points, new ideas, etc) into clear ‘projects’ and ‘next actions’ which you can have confidence will get done.
Ian Bussell is Diocesan Director of Ordinands and Co-ordinator of Curate Training. He really does not like emails and paperwork so is keen to find ways for admin to free us up for ministry. Bring your top tips for others, bring your diary and to do list.
This is of use to anyone responsible for their own administration and will draw from David Allen’s book Getting Things Done.
