Growing Young Leaders

Is your PCC talking about getting young people involved? Would you love to see young people engaged in the full life of the church in meaningful ways?

Christians in all spheres of life can be powerful and grace-giving leaders – demonstrating Kingdom values in the way they interact with others, make decisions and move forward. Developing young people (11-18) into effective leaders not only benefits the church, it transforms the world.

In this workshop we’ll look at how we recruit, encourage and grow young people as leaders – and how we need to create a church culture of standing aside to let them have a go!

We will be joined by Liz Bewley, Director of OneLife Leadership and some of her team. Onelife is an amazing organisation dedicated to raising up young leaders to shape every sphere of society so we are excited to be joined by her.
